Some of foul calls were joke, like the one Kobe has a offensive foul for a small push, and got a technical foul while been foul. Lakers almost make a history and beat the celtic with down 24 pts! too bad the end they can’t close up, very good effort for the lakers.
Yeah right that ref didn’t called traveler to lakers, they did but not to pierce, who well know for traveler.

i never seen an nba bench player (powe) hit so much free throws in the first half.. today was a joke
I think it was a good game for the Lakers, even though they didn’t win. if they had lost by 20+ points they would go back demoralised, but now they probably got a lot of confidence back. Should be a good couple of games in LA.

i think the celtics won because they (starters AND bench…powe) wanted it more and because they have the better starting 5. but dont forget boston was up 2-0 against atlanta and cleveland and both of those series went 7 games, and i think we can all agree that L.A. is much better than either of those teams.
Kobe elbowed Allen on that foul. The refs dont want no %$ #! started or claims there giving Kobe them Jordan calls. The other time he tried to run threw a screen instead of around it. Thats always gonna be called that way. Plus its a know fact you can’t show up the ref o the court. He was right on top of him when he said what he said n when he recated. They aint gonna let you make them look bad whoever you are.The Celtics still almost blew it. Got too comfortable. Good team play by the Lakers, they aint give up. And it wasnt even like Kobe went off to make it happen either. Now the Celitics gave the confidence to the young players 4 game 3 at home. Celtics should be ashamed of themselves, shouldnt had even got down to that!
i seen how crooked nba refs are… they don’t care… they totally decided this game…
lakers got only 10 freethrow atttempts, the celtics got 38. The refs beat the lakers for the celtics.

The game was so lame. At first I was disappointed in the lakers, but then after they got the score going back up, I was happy for them even though they lost. I wish they would’ve at least entered an overtime or tried to win, but it’s okay. I’m HOPING that they will start to dominate here after. From 24 point lead up to only 6, it proves that it’s possible. If they played the way they did in 4th quarter throughout the game, they would’ve won. I don’t get all of the fouls. Stupid referees. The calls were so lame. But cheaters never win!!!! I don’t get why or how Kobe got a technical foul. I really liked the part where ODOM threw the ball on POWE! =)

game 2 is past but the celtics already got a preview (4th quarter game 2)of what the next 4 games will be. lakers in 6.

The celtics were absolutely smashing the lakers in the 3rd quarter. I can’t believe the celtics let that lead slip away that fast. I didn’t see it coming.
Why are people calling Pierce a faker? Regardless of whether he is or not he is still lighting up the Lakers.
Powe played less than 15 mins and had more free throws than all the Lakers combined….i think that speaks for itself…i believe it was 38-10 foul calls for Boston….not even fun to watch when the refs are that one sided. However the Lakes still almost won it in spite of the foul bs and in spite being down by 24 with a little over 7 mins in the 4th…doesnt sound good for Boston.
